Job Duties
Maintain and develop internal localization systems and tools to support productivity and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal systems (web apps, databases, Windows Server, SQL Server, backups)
- Support and improve Excel macros and standalone tools
- Develop new tools and features based on user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows

Qualifications
- Business-level English or Japanese (basic English reading required)
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Team-oriented with a global mindset
- 2+ years of programming experience
- Experience in full-stack web development
- Interest in game localization
