Job Duties
As a Localization Director, lead localization projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality localizations for Capcom titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage localization projects from both project and creative perspectives
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across multiple languages
- Develop workflows for translation, VO, and LQA
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of localized content

Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience in game localization
- Strong English and Japanese communication skills
- Proven leadership and project management ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Native-level English with cultural expertise in target markets
- Bachelor’s degree
