Job Duties
Create and optimize lighting to achieve the game’s artistic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Creative and Art Directors to define lighting style
- Create in-game and cinematic lighting
- Prototype new lighting workflows with Technical Artists
- Implement and refine lighting effects (e.g., fog, god rays)
- Develop post-processing effects (exposure, bloom, color grading)
- Work with Engineers and TAs to improve workflows

Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of lighting experience in games/film
- Strong knowledge of CG lighting techniques and physically based lighting
- Understanding of materials and light interaction
- Expertise in lighting theory, color, and composition
- Knowledge of cinematography principles
- Strong communication skills and lighting portfolio

- 5+ years of lighting experience
- Japanese proficiency or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of PBR workflows and texturing
- Familiarity with Capcom titles
