Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimized environment assets for real-time rendering
- Collaborate with level designers and artists to build environments
- Follow and improve art workflows and best practices
- Work with Technical Artists to define pipelines and documentation
応募資格
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of environment art experience (games/film)
- Proficiency in 2D/3D tools (e.g., Photoshop, Substance Painter, Maya, ZBrush)
- Strong knowledge of game-ready asset creation and optimization
- Experience with PBR materials and texturing workflows
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to create high-quality, photorealistic assets
- Adaptability to new tools and workflows

- 5+ years of environment art experience
- Japanese proficiency or willingness to learn
- Experience with Substance Designer
- Knowledge of procedural/parametric workflows
