Job Overview

Job Duties
Support high-quality in-game animation by developing and optimizing animation pipelines and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with animators and engineers
  • Develop and maintain animation tools and workflows
  • Identify and resolve animation and workflow issues
  • Research and prototype new animation techniques
  • Manage state machines and animation systems in-engine

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of animation production experience in games
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience with animation tools (e.g., Maya, MotionBuilder)
  • Python scripting skills
  • Experience with state machines and in-engine animation workflows

Nice to Have

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years as a Technical Animator
  • Japanese proficiency or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of procedural animation workflows
  • C# experience
  • Familiarity with Capcom titles
