Terms of Use

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for corporations and individuals to use the job board services (the "Services") provided by LVL99 Recruiting Co., Ltd. ("we" or "us"). By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application and Changes)

  • These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users of the Services ("Users").
  • We may change these Terms as necessary, and the changes will apply to all Users 14 days after being posted on our website.

Article 2 (Service Registration and Use)

  • Users shall register and apply for use through our designated method and receive approval.
  • Please provide true and accurate information in registration information and submitted documents (resume, career history, etc.).
  • Contact with employers shall be conducted through us in principle. Please refrain from direct contact except in emergencies.

Article 3 (Service Suspension and Cancellation)

  • We may suspend the provision of the Services or cancel registration in the following cases:
  • Registration of false information
  • Unauthorized absence or failure to respond to contact
  • Nuisance or harassment to us or employer companies
  • Violation of these Terms or if fraudulent activity is recognized

Article 4 (Job Recommendations and Selection)

  • We will determine recommendation feasibility based on the selection criteria of employer companies.
  • We cannot disclose the reasons for our judgment results.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

  • Users must not engage in the following acts:
  • Submission of false information
  • Unauthorized contact or direct application to introduced companies
  • Disclosure of information provided by us to third parties
  • Acts that interfere with service operations
  • Other acts that violate laws or public order and morals

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  • We do not guarantee the establishment of employment or recruitment conditions.
  • Employment conditions and disputes shall be resolved at the User's responsibility.
  • Our liability is limited to direct and actual damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Changes and Interruption of Service Content)

  • We may change or interrupt the content of the Services without prior notice.

Article 8 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

  • Users represent and warrant that they do not fall under and will not involve with anti-social forces. If a violation is found, we may immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes between us and Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
