Founded in January 2025, LVL99Recruiting is a recruiting agency built by people who've spent their careers inside the game industry. Founder and CEO Kazuhiro Takeshita built his career through management roles at SNK Europe and Sammy Europe, followed by General Manager positions at Acclaim Entertainment Japan and Ignition Entertainment Japan, before spending nearly two decades, from 2007 to 2025, as President of Groove Co., Ltd. Skydea
Founded in Tokyo in 2018, Skydea is an English-speaking design agency and digital product incubator working on web design, product design, and branding for companies entering or growing in the Japanese market and beyond.
