Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing localization projects and handling all aspects of creative direction. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality multilingual localization
- Coordinating translation, voice-over recording, and linguistic QA; building workflows; and managing schedules
- Overseeing localized content to ensure quality, accuracy, and cultural consistency
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in game localization project management
Strong and effective communication skills in both Japanese and English
Proven experience in project and team management with excellent leadership abilities
Native-level English proficiency with deep understanding of the target market’s culture
Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
Experience across the full game production or localization lifecycle
Experience coordinating and managing multilingual localization projects
Broad knowledge of the gaming industry and games
Experience working in international and diverse teams
